Pancakes with cottage cheese and poppy seeds

Delicate pancakes with cottage cheese and poppy seeds literally melt in your mouth. And some of these unusual pancakes cannot be pulled by the ears!

Cooking time 40 minutes


Flour 200 g

Egg 1 pc

Milk 3.2% fat. 400 ml

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar 4 tbsp. l.

Cottage cheese for filling 200 g

Poppy for filling 5 tbsp. l.

Sugar for the filling 3 tbsp. l.

Sour cream for filling 3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Soak poppy seeds in boiling water for 1 hour and drain.

Sift flour into a bowl, add egg, milk, vegetable oil and salt.

Mix well with a whisk.

Let stand for 15 minutes and bake brown pancakes on both sides. Let cool slightly.

Mash the curd well with a fork. Add sugar, sour cream and poppy seeds to the curd.

Mix well.

Spread a thin layer on each pancake.

Collapse with an envelope. Put on a platter and serve.
