Puffs "Valentines"

The fastest and most delicious Valentine puffs for a romantic breakfast.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Puff pastry 1-2 pieces

Strawberry jam 300 g

Yolk 1 pc

Preparation

Roll out the puff pastry.

Cut into rectangles.

Cut a heart on one side with a mold.

Grease the other side with jam.

Fold in half. Pin the edges together. Brush with yolk.

Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. Serve warm for breakfast with a cup of coffee.
