Fried pies with berries in a pan

These fried pies with berries in a frying pan will decorate any table, and it's not at all difficult to cook them.

Cooking time 1 hour


Flour 600 g

Frozen berries 300 g

Milk 400 ml

Vegetable oil 150 ml

Sugar 4-5 tbsp. l.

Powdered sugar 2 tbsp l.

Dry fast-acting yeast 1/2 tsp.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Pour 400 ml of warm milk into a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast.

Leave on for 20 minutes.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add 50 ml of vegetable oil.

Add 600 g flour in portions.

Knead the pie dough.

Leave the dough in a bowl in a warm place, cover with a towel or cling film for 20 minutes to rise.

Divide the dough into small pieces.

Defrost 300 g of frozen berries, yergi or black currant. Drain the juice.

Roll each part of the dough into a cake.

Put some berries and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Pin up the edges of the patties and cook the rest.

Heat 100 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pies on both sides for 3-4 minutes.

Turn the pies over and fry on the other side for 3-4 minutes.

Put the pies with berries on a dish with paper towels and remove excess oil.

Transfer the slightly cooled pies and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Fried pies with berries in a pan are ready. Can be served at the table.
