Cheese cakes in the oven

Cheese cakes in the oven go well with meat or vegetable dishes. You can take them with you to a picnic.

Cooking time 2 hours

Pour 300 ml of milk into a large bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 10 grams of dry yeast.

Add 150 grams of flour TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai, mix and leave for 20 minutes.

Knead for 10-15 minutes, until the dough stops sticking to your hands. Add 1-2 tablespoons of flour for mixing, if necessary. Move the dough back to the bowl.

Cover with cling film or towel. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.

The cheesecake dough should rise.

Knead the dough and divide into 4 parts.

For the filling, grate 200 grams of hard cheese (immediately set aside some cheese for sprinkling).

Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream to a bowl of cheese for the filling and mix.

Roll part of the dough into a small cake.

Lay out some of the cheese filling.

Pinch the edges towards the middle.

Roll out again into a cake no more than 2 centimeters thick.

Place the cheesecakes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush with beaten egg.

Sprinkle some grated cheese on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.

Cool the finished cakes with cheese.
