Pancakes with chicken and mushrooms

Milk 500 ml

Chicken fillet 200 g

Flour 150-170 g

Cheese 50 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Champignons 3-4 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/4 tsp

Ground pepper to taste


In a bowl, combine milk and eggs.

Add flour and salt.

Mix well with a whisk, add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Bake thin pancakes in a pan on both sides.

Peel mushrooms and onions, rinse and dry the meat.

In a frying pan with two tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and diced chicken fillets for 3-5 minutes.

Cut the mushrooms into cubes.

Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Put a spoonful of filling in the middle of the pancake and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Wrap the edges in a knot and secure with a toothpick.

Twist all the pancakes.

Put in a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

Take out. Remove toothpicks.

Place the nodules on a dish.

Pancakes with chicken and mushrooms are ready. Can be served at the table.
