Sausages (good quality in natural casing) 5 pcs
Puff yeast dough 200 g
Egg 1 pc
Prepare sausages and puff pastry.
Roll out the puff pastry into a long, wide strip.
Cut the dough into thin strips according to the number of sausages.
Wrap each sausage in a strip of dough and place on a parchment baking sheet, seam side down.
Brush with beaten egg. Bake the sausages in the dough heated to 200 degrees C for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the baked sausages from the oven.
