Classic thin pancakes with milk

Classic thin pancakes with milk for your table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 3.2% fat. 500 ml

Flour 200 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Pour 500 ml of milk into a bowl and break 2 eggs.

Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Add 200 g flour and whisk the pancake dough.

Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Stir the pancake dough well until smooth.

Bake pancakes in a frying pan on both sides. Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil if necessary.

Prepare pancakes with milk from the whole dough. Fold in a pile.

Classic thin pancakes with milk are ready. Place in corners on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve to the table.
