Salad with squid "Sharmanka"

On New Year's Eve, I want to serve the best, most delicious, mouth-watering, bright, spectacular dishes on the festive table. Salad with squid "Sharmanka" is just such a case.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Squids 2-3 pcs

Fresh champignons 200 g

Walnuts 50 g

Eggs 2-3 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Greenery for decoration


Boil squids in salted water until tender (30 seconds). Cool and cut into strips.

In a bowl, combine grated cheese, boiled grated eggs and squid.

Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Drain the excess oil, cool the mushrooms.

Chop the walnuts.

Add mushrooms and nuts to a bowl. Season with mayonnaise, salt to taste.

Put on a dish in the form of balls. Decorate with nuts and herbs.
