Curd casserole with raisins

Delight your home with tender, ruddy curd casserole with raisins. They will be delighted.

Cooking time 1 hour


Table cottage cheese 2% fat. 300 g

Sour cream 10% fat. 100 g

Sugar (sand) 50 g

Raisins 50 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Semolina 4 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 pinch.

Powdered sugar


Mix sour cream with semolina in a bowl.

Mix well and let semolina swell for 15 minutes.

Add cottage cheese and mix well.

Break the eggs into a bowl.

Beat eggs and sugar until frothy.

Soak the raisins in boiling water.

Add salt, raisins and beaten eggs to the curd mass. Stir the curd mixture well.

Grease the form with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina.

Transfer the curd mass into a mold.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes.

Cool the casserole slightly and cut into pieces. Place on a dish and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Delicious curd casserole with raisins is ready. Can be served at the table.
