If you want to please your guests with delicious festive pastries, then Spiralki New Year's cookies are what you need.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Butter 200 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Powdered sugar 120 g
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp l.
Wheat flour of the highest grade 300-350 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch.
In a bowl, combine the icing sugar and soft butter.
Mix well. Add eggs.
Add flour, salt and vanilla sugar while stirring.
Divide the dough in two. Add cocoa to one and knead well.
Roll out both parts of the dough and place one on top of the other.
Cut off uneven edges and roll into a roll. Put the roll in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut into pieces with a sharp knife, no more than 1 cm thick. Place the cookies on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.
