Real homemade bread cannot be compared with store-bought bread. This soft bread with a crispy brown crust will become a regular guest on your table.
Cooking time 1 hour 40 minutes
Flour 650 g
Warm water 300 ml
Dry yeast 10 g
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Prepare a dough in 50 ml. warm water to dilute sugar and yeast. Leave on for 30 minutes.
Sift flour into a deep bowl, add the rest of the warm water, salt and dough.
Knead the dough. It should be soft but not sticky.
Add oil and knead well again. Put the dough in a bowl and cover with a towel. Remove to heat for 1 hour.
Wait for an increase in volume, 2 times.
Knead the dough to form loaves or loaves and put on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour. Lay out at a great distance from each other.
Leave on for another 30 minutes.
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C and bake until light golden brown. After baking, cover with a towel and rest.
Cut the cooled bread and serve.
