Pancakes with liver and egg

These original pancakes with liver and eggs are an excellent appetizer and delicious meal on the festive table. We recommend that you definitely cook on Shrovetide.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Pancakes 6 pcs

Beef liver 200 g

Raw chicken eggs 2 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Provencal mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Boil the liver and eggs, cool and peel.

Grate the liver and eggs and place in a bowl.

Add chopped parsley and season with mayonnaise.

Stir well, salt to taste.

Spread the filling on the pancake. Cover with a second pancake and spread again. Do the same with the third pancake.

Roll up and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Cut into portions and place on a salad platter.

Pancakes with liver and egg are ready. Can be served at the table.
