Another recipe for New Year's salad in your piggy bank. The "New Year's Hill" salad will delight you with its taste, and it looks very appetizing.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Fresh champignons 200 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Walnuts 30 g
Cheese 50 g
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.
Lettuce leaves for decoration
Salt to taste
Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cool.
Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes. Drain the excess oil, cool the mushrooms.
In a bowl, combine grated boiled eggs, grated cheese and sliced cucumber.
Add mushrooms and finely chopped chicken fillet.
Season with mayonnaise and salt to taste. Place in a heap on a platter with lettuce and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Decorate with vegetable slices.
