Seafood Pie

Delight your family with a sea buckthorn treat. Easy-to-prepare sea buckthorn jam pie is a tasty addition to tea.

Eggs 3 pcs

Sugar 150 g

Flour 200 g

Sea buckthorn jam (without berries) 40 g

Sea buckthorn berries (fresh or frozen)

Vanillin 10 g



Beat the whites into a thick foam.

Add the yolks.

Add sugar and flour with vanilla in small portions. Mix gently.

Add sea buckthorn jam.

We spread it on a form with parchment and sprinkle with berries on top.

We bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 C degrees.
