Delicate small cupcakes prepared in silicone molds for a large tea party. The output is as much as 20 pieces.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Flour 200 g
Margarine (or butter) 150 g
Sugar 100 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Powdered sugar 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 pinch.
Beat the margarine for baking at room temperature with sugar until white, mixers for 4-5 minutes.
Add one egg at a time, whisking constantly.
Add flour, baking powder, salt.
Beat the dough well until smooth, within 2-3 minutes.
Put the dough in 1/3 of the volume into the molds.
Bake in preheated to 180 degrees C for 7-10 minutes.
Cool the finished muffins completely and remove from the molds.
Place muffins on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cupcakes in silicone tins are ready. Can be served at the table.
