Pancakes with ice cream and chocolate

Wheat flour of the highest grade 100 g

Ice cream 200 g

Chocolate without additions 50 g


Make pancake dough. To do this, beat the egg with milk a little, add vegetable oil, salt and sugar to taste, flour until the consistency of liquid sour cream. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.

In a preheated frying pan, pre-greasing it with vegetable greased, bake thin pancakes on both sides.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Fold the pancakes in half and spread the chocolate on one half. Put ice cream on top.

Wrap to shape into a flower. Drizzle with chocolate.
