Lemon muffins

Delicious citrus-flavored lemon muffins will fly in an instant at any tea party.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Eggs 3 pcs

Sugar 150 g

Butter 150 g

Sour cream 15% fat. 200 g

Soda 1/2 tsp

Wheat flour of the highest grade 200 g

Lemon 1 pc

Salt 1 pinch.


Beat eggs in a bowl until foamy.

Beat for 3-5 minutes while adding sugar.

Add a pinch of salt, sour cream and softened butter.

Add slaked soda with the juice of half a lemon.

Remove the zest from the lemon and add to the dough.

Add flour in portions, stirring constantly.

Pour the finished dough into molds 2/3 of the height.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for about 25 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Let cool and serve.
