Chicken and cheese pies, delicious and not troublesome to prepare.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Yeast puff pastry 300 g
Chicken fillet 200 g
Cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Eggs 1 pc
Milk 2 tbsp. l.
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Defrost the dough and divide into small pieces. Roll up balls.
Roll each ball into tortillas.
Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cool. Chop the chicken fillet into a bowl.
Add grated cheese, mayonnaise and salt. Mix the filling well.
Put a tablespoon of the filling on the dough cake and pinch the edges. Form a pie.
Blind all the pies and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush with beaten egg and milk.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C, 15 minutes.
Cool the finished pies and put on a dish.
Our chicken and cheese patties are ready. Can be served at the table.
