Milk 500 ml

Minced meat 300 g

Korean carrots 200 g

Flour 150 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Onion 1 ml

Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Pour the milk into a bowl.

Add eggs.

Add flour and salt.

Stir the dough well with a whisk.

Add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Stir again.

Fry pancakes in a pan on both sides.

Fold the finished pancakes in a stack.

Cook the minced meat, peel the onion and chop finely.

In a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions.

Add minced meat and knead well with a spoon, cook for 3-5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, cook over low heat for another 5 minutes.

Put the finished minced meat and Korean carrots in a bowl.

Mix well and let the filling brew for 5-10 minutes.

Put the filling on the pancake and wrap it in an envelope.

Put on a dish.
