Carrot cake

This carrot cake will be eaten to the last crumb even by those who do not really like carrots.

Carrots 300 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Sugar 120 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 200 g

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Soda ½ tsp.

Pinch salt.

Vanillin 2 g

Vegetable oil 100 ml

Butter 10 g


Beat eggs with sugar. # 0Carrots peel and grate on a fine grater.

Add the carrots to the egg mixture and stir. Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, baking soda, baking powder and vanillin. Add flour mixture to egg and knead well.

Add oil and mix well.

Cover the form or baking sheet with parchment and grease with butter. Pour the dough and smooth.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 35-40 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden stick.

Allow to cool and remove from parchment. Cut into portions and serve.
