Puffs with cheese

A quick and easy recipe to help you make delicious cheese puffs.

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients

Puff pastry 300 g

Hard cheese 120 g

Processed cheese 2 tbsp. l.

Eggs 1 pc

Milk 2 tbsp. l.

Sesame seeds 2 tbsp l.

Preparation

Grate cheese on a fine grater into a bowl.

Add the processed cheese and mix the filling well.

Roll out the dough into a layer.

Cut into squares.

Put part of the filling on each square.

Blind the two ends of the squares.

Then the other two and flatten the middle a little.

Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Brush with beaten egg and milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

Put the finished puffs on a dish. You can serve our delicious cheese puffs to the table.
