Pancake knots with chicken

Pancake nodules with chicken, this is a tender chicken fillet with vegetables, tied in delicious pancake knots with cheese. Any gourmet will love it.

Eggs 2 pcs

Milk 3.2% fat. 300 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Water 100 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 150 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Chicken fillet (for filling) 200 g

Onion (for filling) 1 pc

Carrots (for filling) 1 pc

Vegetable oil (for filling) 2 tbsp. l.

Salt (for filling) to taste

Pepper (for filling) to taste

Green onion (feather) 5-7 pcs


Beat the eggs.

Add milk and butter.

Add flour, salt. Mix well.

Add grated cheese. Mix.

For the filling, boil the chicken fillet until tender, cool.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots.

Add finely chopped chicken fillet. Fry for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake pancakes in a hot frying pan, grease the pan with vegetable oil each time.

Place the filling in the middle of the pancake.

Fold in a "knot" and tie with an onion feather.

Put on a platter and serve.
