Pancakes with onions and eggs

Pancakes with onions and eggs, this is the simplest and most delicious filling for pancakes. These pancakes are easy to prepare for Shrovetide.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 500 ml

Flour 150 g

Eggs 6 pcs

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Butter 2 tbsp l.

Green onions 1 bunch

Salt 1/4 tsp


Pour the milk into a bowl. Add 2 eggs.

Add sifted flour and salt.

Add oil.

Whisk the dough well.

Bake thin pancakes in a pan on both sides.

Stack the pancakes.

Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.

Fry finely chopped green onions in a pan with butter.

Add grated boiled eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Stir the filling.

Put a tablespoon of the filling on the pancake and fold it into an envelope.

Stuff all the pancakes.

Heat 1 tbsp in a frying pan. a spoonful of butter.

Fry the pancakes on both sides.

Put on a dish.
