Delicious homemade pancakes on kefir stuffed with eggs, rice and onions are very tasty and tender, they will not stagnate on the table for a long time.

Eggs 2 pcs
Water 150 g
Kefir 2.5% fat. 150 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour of the highest grade 8 tbsp. l.
Butter 30 g
Baking powder 10 g
Salt to taste
Eggs (for filling) 3 pcs
Green onion (feather) (for filling) 1 bunch
Butter (for filling) 20 g
Salt (for filling) to taste
Beat eggs until frothy.
Add water and kefir. Add vegetable oil. Add sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir with a whisk and leave for 20 minutes.
Bake pancakes in a hot skillet.
Frying on one side only.
Boil rice in salted water until tender. Place on a sieve.
Boil eggs, cool and peel.
Fry chopped onions and eggs in butter.
Add rice and salt. Mix well and cool slightly.
Place the filling on the fried side of the pancake.
And wrap it up. Stuff all the pancakes.
Place in a skillet with butter. Fry on both sides.
Serve with sour cream.
