Puffs with jam

Puffs with jam are a great option to make a quick and delicious treat for breakfast or tea.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Puff yeast dough 200 g

Orange jam 2 tbsp l.

Egg 1 pc


Defrost the dough and roll it into a layer, no more than 0.5 cm thick.

Cut the dough into 4 x 4 cm squares.

Make cuts in each square of the dough.

Wrap the cut pieces on top of each other.

Put the puffs on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Add jam to the middle of the puff.

Leave to detune for 15-20 minutes. Brush with beaten egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C, 10-12 minutes.

Puffs with jam are ready. Put on a platter and serve.
