A classic charlotte made from 3 ingredients that are always at home eggs, sugar and flour. Add apples and now the charlotte is ready!

Eggs 5 pcs

Apples 3 pcs

Sugar 200 g

Flour 200 g

Baking powder 10 g

Butter 10 g

Breadcrumbs 1 tsp


Break eggs into a bowl.

Beat the eggs into the foam and add a little sugar and continue to beat for 3-4 minutes.

Add flour and baking powder to stir.

Wash the apples.

Peel the apples.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Pour some dough into a mold.

Line a layer with sliced ​​apples.

Add the remaining dough and the second layer of apples.

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 35 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden stick.

Cool charlotte and remove from the mold.
