"Rusk" salad

Ingredients

Sliced ​​loaf (slices) 2-3 pcs

Smoked red fish (fillet, pink salmon) 50 g

Dutch cheese lump 50 g

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Dried oregano 1/4 tsp

Dill (greens)

Lettuce leaves

Cut the loaf into small cubes.

Place in a dish or on a baking sheet. Drizzle 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil, salt and add oregano. Mix well. Dry in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees C. Cool.

In a bowl, combine the diced cheese, the sliced ​​fish and croutons. Add 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil and stir.

Put on a platter with lettuce leaves. Decorate with herbs.
