Jellied charlotte with apples

Jellied apple pie is a delicious apple pie that can be prepared quickly and easily for any occasion.

Flour 150 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Apples 3-4 pcs

Butter 30 g

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Lemon 1/2 pc

Breadcrumbs 1 tsp

Sugar 100 g


Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer.

Add lemon juice.

Add sifted flour and baking powder.

Add melted butter and beat well again.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Wash the apples and peel if desired.

Cut apples into cubes.

Dip the apples a little in flour.

Pour half of the dough into the mold.

Add a layer of apples.

Pour over the second half of the dough.
