Quick pies with egg and green onions

Green onions and eggs, ideal filling for patties. It seems to be nothing special, but how delicious! Mmm ...

Cooking time 25 minutes


Warm water 200 ml

Wheat flour 250 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Dry fast-acting yeast 1/2 tsp.

Sugar (sand) 1 tsp

Frying oil

Salt to taste


Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let stand in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Add flour and salt.

Knead the dough.

Add vegetable oil on top and grease the top of the dough.

Leave the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Finely chop fresh green onions and boiled eggs into a bowl. Salt a little and stir.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll out a little. Lay out the filling.

Pinch the edges and form a patty.

Fry pies in a pan with vegetable oil. On both sides.

Put the finished pies on a dish.

Quick patties with egg and green onions are ready. Can be served at the table.
