Puff yeast dough 200 g
Green apple 1 pc
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Ground cinnamon 1/2 pc
Frozen cranberries 1 tbsp l.
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Yolk 1 pc
Cut the apple into quarters, cut the core and grate.
Add lemon juice and mix well, squeeze a little.
Roll out the puff pastry into a layer and lay out the filling.
Roll up and place on a baking sheet. Brush with whipped yolk and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
