"Winter Ulet" salad

New Year is coming soon, and another salad on the menu for the New Year's table will always come in handy! "Winter Ulet" salad is suitable for everyone who is looking for unusual salad recipes for the New Year.

Peking cabbage 200 g

Fresh champignons 100 g

Korean carrots 200 g

Ham 100 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Provencal mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.

In a bowl, mix together finely chopped Chinese cabbage and Korean carrots.

Add the diced ham and eggs.

Fry the chopped mushrooms in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Cool down.

Add mushrooms and green peas. Salt to taste.

Season with mayonnaise and place on cabbage leaves in a festive dish.

Decorate the prepared salad with lemon slices and herbs. Serve to the New Year's table.
