Delicious stuffed pancakes with minced chicken and golden cheese crust.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Milk 300 ml
Minced chicken 300 g
Flour 170 g
Cheese 50 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Onion 1 pc
Dill 1 bunch
1 pinch pepper mixture.
Salt to taste
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add flour and salt, beat well with a whisk.
Bake thin pancakes in a hot skillet on both sides. Fold the pancakes in a pile.
Cook minced chicken, peel the onion and chop finely.
Fry in a pan with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil minced chicken and onions 3-5 minutes. Add the mixture of peppers and salt.
Put a couple of tablespoons of the filling on the pancake.
Wrap in an envelope tube.
Place the pancakes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 5-7 minutes.
Put the prepared pancakes on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
Pancakes with minced chicken are ready. Can be served at the table.
