Pancakes with meat and mushrooms

Pancakes with meat and mushrooms, it's very tasty. We definitely recommend preparing these stuffed pancakes for Shrovetide.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Milk 500 ml

Minced meat 300 g

Flour 150 g

Champignons 3 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.

1 tbsp butter l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Pour the milk into a bowl. Add eggs.

Add flour and salt.

Stir the dough well with a whisk. Add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Stir again.

Fry pancakes in a pan on both sides.

Fold the finished pancakes in a stack.

Prepare minced meat. Peel the onion and chop finely.

In a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry the minced meat with onions, kneading well with a spoon.

Wash the mushrooms well. Cut into small cubes.

Add the mushrooms to the minced meat and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Put the filling on the pancake.

Wrap in an envelope.

Heat butter in a frying pan.

Fry the pancakes on both sides.

Put on a dish.
