Noodle soup

This simple homemade noodle soup with chicken broth can be made every day.

Water 2 l

Chicken breast with skin on the bone 1 pc

Vermicelli 60 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrots 1 ml

Onion 1 pc

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry the chicken breast, cut into 2 parts. Peel the onion.

Put the meat and onions in a saucepan, pour 2 liters of cold water and cook for 25-30 minutes.

After boiling, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the saucepan.

Remove the boiled meat and cool, discard the onion.

Peel 2 potatoes and 1 carrot and cut into cubes. Add to a saucepan, cook for 3-5 minutes.

Cut the meat into cubes, remove bones and skin.

Add 60 grams of vermicelli to the pan, cook for 5 minutes.

Add boiled meat to the saucepan with soup, mix. Remove from heat, cover and leave for 10 minutes.

The noodle soup is ready. Pour the soup into bowls and serve.
