Okroshka with sausage

Okroshka with sausage on homemade kvass is a real hit of the summer menu. Nothing is so refreshing and invigorating on a hot summer day.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Bread kvass 2 l

Boiled sausage 200 g

Potatoes 3 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Fresh cucumber 2 pcs

Radish 5-7 pcs

Sour cream 2-3 tbsp. l.

Horseradish (ground) 2 tbsp. l.

Dill 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Boil eggs and potatoes, cool and peel.

Cut into small cubes in a bowl.

Add the diced cucumbers, radishes and sausage.

Add finely chopped greens.

Add kvass, sour cream and horseradish. Salt.

Mix well and let it brew in the refrigerator.

Okroshka with sausage is ready, you can pour into bowls and serve.
