Fish soup with millet

Delicious and rich fish soup with millet for lunch, this is a health benefit and a boost of good mood for the rest of the day.

Ingredients

Water 2, 3-3 l

Pink salmon (small) 1 pc

Potatoes 2 pcs

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.

Carrots 2 pcs

Onion 2 pcs

Salt 1/2 tsp

Dill 1 bunch

Preparation

Gut and peel the pink salmon carcass, remove the gills. Peel the onion and carrots.

In a saucepan, fold the head, tail and chopped pink salmon into three parts, add the onion and carrots. Pour 3 liters of cold water and cook until boiling.

Skim off the foam and simmer for 40 minutes.

Remove the fish and cool. Strain the fish broth.

Add 2 diced potatoes to the broth.

Add 4 tablespoons of TM "Aleika" millet, from the generous fields of Altai. Boil millet with potatoes for 10-12 minutes.

Add finely chopped onion and coarsely grated carrots

Fry vegetables, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes.

Add the fried vegetables to the pot, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and finely chopped dill.

Add boiled boneless and skinless fish meat.

Stir the soup and serve on bowls.

The fish soup with millet is ready. Can be served at the table.
