Beef with bone 500 g

Pork ribs 150 g

Pickled cucumbers 3-4 pcs

Potatoes 2 pcs

Pickled green olives 50 g

Salami sausage 30 g

Onion 2 pcs

Capers 1 tsp

Parsley (greens)

Dill (greens)

Lemon for serving

Salt to taste


Rinse the beef on the bone well, peel the onion.

Add meat and onions to a saucepan. Cover with cold water.

After boiling, drain the water and pour over cold water again, cook the broth for 1, 5-2 hours. Remove the meat and cool.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Add to a saucepan and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Cut the cucumbers into strips, finely chop a small onion.

Fry onions and cucumbers in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Add to soup.

Finely chop olives and capers and add to a saucepan, reduce heat to low.

Chop the meat and smoked ribs and add to the soup.

Also add olive brine at the end.

Finely chop the salami into strips and add to the saucepan.

Chop the greens and add to the soup, turn off the stove.

Stir and let it brew for 10 minutes.

Pour into bowls and add a slice of lemon.
