Solyanka soup, for those who love soups. He will become a regular guest in your kitchen. It's easy to prepare. It disappears from the pan quickly. It is recommended to take it as a remedy in the morning, for those who overdid it with strong drinks in the evening.
Cooking time 2 hours
Lean pork (can be on the bone) 200 g
Carrot 1 pc
White cabbage 200 g
Potatoes 2 pcs
Water 3 l
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Pickled green olives (pitted) 100 g
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Rinse the meat, peel 1 onion. Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Cook for 1-1.5 hours, after boiling, remove the foam. Remove the onion within 20 minutes of cooking, discard the onion.
Peel the second onion and carrots. Finely chop the onion into cubes, chop the carrots into strips. Fry together in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes. Fry for another 2 minutes.
Remove the meat from the broth. Strain the broth.
Dice the potatoes and add to the broth, cook for 3-5 minutes.
Chop the cabbage. Add to the broth to the potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
Chop the meat and / or separate it from the bone, chop the dill finely. Add meat and dill to the soup.
Cut the olives into slices and add to the soup with the brine. Salt.
Let it brew a little under the lid.
Pour into bowls. Serve to the table.
