Puff Shrimp Salad


Shrimps 400 g

Corn 100 g

Brown rice (parboiled) 50 g

Apple (sweet and sour) 1 pc

Cheese (hard grade) 100 g

Mayonnaise 200 g

The salad is prepared in layers, each layer is coated with mayonnaise. Finely chop the eggs and put them on the bottom of the plate. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Put the corn on top. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Boil the rice in salted water and cool. We spread and coat with mayonnaise.

We cut the apple into strips and put it on rice. We coat the apples a little with mayonnaise, just to keep the shrimp layer well.

Lay the shrimp on the apples. Fill with the remaining mayonnaise.

Fill in a thick layer of grated cheese and decorate: take two shrimps and make a heart out of them, drown in the cheese and fill the middle of the heart with mayonnaise.
