Soup with "ears"

Delicious and original soup for lunch, easy. Delight your family and friends with a delicious lunch.


Chicken breast 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Wheat flour of the highest grade 5 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Greens to taste


Boil chicken breast with peeled onion. Remove the chicken breast, onion and strain the broth.

Mix egg with flour, salt to taste. Knead the dough.

Roll out into layer. Cut out the round pieces.

Blind the ears.

Dip in boiling broth, cook for 5-7 minutes. Salt to taste.

Separate the meat from the bones. Add to broth.

Pour into plates, sprinkle with herbs if desired.
