Tender chicken breast roll

This delicate chicken breast roll will decorate your festive table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken breast (400 gr) 1 pc

Cheese 150 g

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Lettuce leaves

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry the chicken breast.

Cut out the skeleton from the fillet.

Make cuts in the fillet on the skin. Salt the layers of meat well.

Grate 150 g of cheese, add 2 cloves of pressed garlic.

Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise and finely chopped dill. Mix.

Spread the cheese filling on the chicken fillet slices.

Roll up skin to top.

Place on foil.

Roll up and twist tightly.

Place in a baking dish. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 40 minutes.

Cool the finished roll completely.

Cut into slices and place on a platter with lettuce leaves.
