Lentil puree soup

Lentil puree soup, delicate soup for a delicious lunch.

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Red lentils 1 cup

Sun-dried tomatoes 2-4 pcs

Cherry 2-3 ml

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Lemon juice 1 tbsp l.

Smoked chicken breast 100 g

Nutmeg to taste

Greens to taste

Vegetable oil to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Saute the carrots and onions.

Add washed lentils. Salt and pepper to taste and simmer slightly.

Pour boiling water over, add nutmeg and cook until lentils are tender.

Beat with a blender until smooth.

Prepare the sauce. In a frying pan in a little vegetable oil, sweat canned sun-dried tomatoes, garlic chopped into slices, add halves of pitted cherries, tomato paste.

Cut the chicken into a bar.

Pour the puree soup from the blender bowl into a plate, put the sauce and chicken on top, garnish everything with herbs.
