Seafood soup


Red onion 1 pc

Tomatoes 1 pc

Green peas (frozen) 200 g

Seafood cocktail 300 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Bay leaf 1 piece

Cream 20% fat. 1/2 stack.

Vegetable oil

Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.

Salt to taste

Cut the onion into half rings and sauté.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook in a 2 liter saucepan.

Cut the tomato crosswise at the top and lower it in boiling water for 4 minutes if firm.

Remove the skin from the tomato and add it to the onion along with green peas, cutting it into cubes, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add a seafood cocktail to the potatoes.

Finely chop the garlic. Add to the pan along with the sautéed vegetables when the shake and potatoes are done.

Boil a little over low heat and add cream.

Taste with salt and pepper and add finely chopped parsley.

Pour into plates and serve.
