Salad "New Year Moscow"

Salad "New Year Moscow" is a bright festive salad with chicken, vegetables and pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 300 g

Cheese 100 g

Pomegranate seeds 100 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Beet 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 5-6 tbsp l.

Preparation

Boil beets and carrots, cool and peel.

Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Rinse 300 g of chicken fillet.

Boil until tender and cool.

Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet into a bowl.

Add 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and stir.

Place the layer of chicken, garlic and mayonnaise in a serving ring on a serving plate.

Add a layer of grated cheese.

Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Lay out a layer of grated boiled carrots.

Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Lay out a layer of grated boiled eggs.

Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Lay out a layer of boiled beets.

Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Add pomegranate seeds on top and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

The New Year's Moscow salad is ready. Remove the serving ring and serve at the festive table.
