Vegetable okroshka "Spring"

Don't you think it's time for okroshechka ?! Vegetable okroshka "Spring" is the very dish that we missed so much, and the shops and markets already have everything for its preparation.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Homemade kvass 1 l

Eggs 3 pcs

Radish 1 pc

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Radish 4-5 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Sour cream 10% fat. (for filing)

Salt to taste


Cut the cucumber and radish into small cubes.

Add finely chopped dill and green onions.

Grate boiled eggs and add to a bowl with vegetables.

Peel the radish.

Grate black radish and add to a bowl.

Pour homemade kvass and salt. Let it brew in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Delicious spring vegetable okroshka is ready. Pour okroshka into bowls and serve with sour cream.
