Cooking time 30 minutes
Ham 200 g
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Boil eggs, cool and peel.
Cut the ham and fresh cucumber into strips.
Peel the potatoes and cut into strips.
Fry potatoes in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Place ham and cucumber on a large flat dish.
Add chopped eggs and potatoes.
Add mayonnaise and garnish with herbs.
Andromeda salad is ready. Stir the salad on the table.
