Chicken noodle soup with potatoes

Chicken Noodle and Potato Soup is a quick soup that you can make for lunch or dinner and feed the whole family.

Water 2, 5-3 l

Backrests for chicken broth 2 pcs

Chicken fillet 200 g

Vermicelli 50 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrots 2 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Salt 1 tsp


Rinse and dry 2-3 chicken backs and chicken fillets.

Place in a saucepan, add peeled carrots and onion. Add water.

Cook until boiling, remove the foam. Reduce the fire and cook for 1 hour. Remove the meat, strain the broth.

Add 2-3 peeled potatoes and one diced carrot. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Separate the meat from the bones, cut the chicken breasts into pieces or tear by hand. Chop the dill finely.

Add chicken to a saucepan, 1 teaspoon salt and finely chopped dill. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Chicken soup with noodles and potatoes is ready. Pour into plates and serve.
