Dried porcini mushroom soup

Want to cook a rich soup of dried porcini mushrooms. Easy!

Cooking time 2 hours


Water 2 pcs

Dried porcini mushrooms 40 g

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Bay leaf 1-2 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Pour dried porcini mushrooms with hot water and leave for 1-2 hours.

Drain the mushroom infusion into a bowl, rinse the mushrooms and add to a saucepan with clean water. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Add strained mushroom infusion to a saucepan with porcini mushrooms. Cook for another 10-12 minutes.

Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots.

Remove the mushrooms with a slotted spoon, add vegetables and bay leaf to the pan.

Fry finely chopped onions and mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms to soup and season with salt to taste, stir.

Dried porcini mushroom soup is ready. Pour into plates and serve.
