Cut the pork into cubes.
Dip in boiling water and cook.
Cut the carrots and onions into cubes and sauté in vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Add potatoes, browned vegetables, peas, any dried herbs to taste to pork, 1-2 leaves of lavrushka and cook over medium heat until the potatoes are ready.
The pea soup is ready. Pour into bowls and serve.
