Lean soup with beans and mushrooms

Homemade lean soup with beans and mushrooms, it's delicious. A great alternative to meat soups.

Cooking time 50 minutes

Ingredients

White beans 100 g

Porcini mushrooms 100 g

Red beans 50 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Celery (stem) 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Preparation

Soak the beans overnight and boil until tender.

Finely chop the onion, cut the carrot into strips, cut the celery into thin slices.

Boil water in a saucepan.

Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onions, carrots and celery.

Defrost the mushrooms well.

Add mushrooms to the pan.

Add potatoes and fried vegetables with mushrooms to a saucepan. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Finally add the beans and season with salt. Add finely chopped dill. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.

Pour into bowls and serve.
